 What you see isn't always what you get, but you certainly do get a bit from that when it comes to this little angel, Bloomers. With a peppy attitude and cutesy mannerism, she has an ultimate 'little-sister-complex' feel to her. Her innocence [and ignorance] seems to know no bounds to the point of almost seemingly faultless. She takes pride in herself and enjoys a lifestyle mimicking that of humanity's "high-class", making her often times appear spoiled and bratty. Those who show lack of materials instantly lose points with her and will usually only get a grimace as a response to anything and everything. She has high standards for even 'acquaintances'. No matter who or what you are, Bloomers will always attempt to manipulate you to get what she wants.


Biography: 
  Daddy's Little Angel

 Bloomers was born into the angel lifestyle, or at least as long as she can remember. She was always a heavenly follower and enjoyed part-taking in the goodly lifestyles of heaven, all carefree. In a sense, she was born rotten - spoiled that is. While Bloomers always aimed to one day be a perfect role model for other angels, her virtues slowly began to drift and her understandings strayed from the paths. Responsibility was a meaningless word to her, so she never gauged her successes on her own as personal rewards. Instead, success was measured in wealth, gifts, and materials. That's a sure fire way to become materialistic.
 Things were ultimately simple for her. And by simple I mean all she had to do was find a way to use some puppy-dog eyes and get what she wanted from family, 'friends', acquaintances and well- basically everyone. Soon she would be "drowning" in success!
 So much for a little angel. It took long enough to figure out that - hey, she wasn't on the right path and every attempts to wean her off of goods wasn't working. She became so obsessed with these things. Every single dress she owned was "her favourite", so much as touch it and she might start freaking out and getting all huffy about it. The little girl was - a little girl, selfish to the bone, but her ego was too big to admit it. It was clear that she had been overcome with greed, and maybe the other's wanted to show her that life wasn't all about what you owned.

 Or they got really annoyed and fed up with her taking all their stuff somehow and using them to get things, so she was kicked the heck out of heaven and sent to the surface world to try and redeem herself. Or make matters worse, who knows.

 - hobbies include throwing fancy tea parties, collecting the fluffiest of plushies and pillows, sleeping, yummy sweets, and clinging to others!
 - she gets really friendly really fast
 - she spends at least three hours getting 'ready for the day' and plenty of time throughout the day is dedicated to making sure she still looks cute
 - she 100% does not cuss or say lewd words [in fact she seems to not really understand them???]
 - her parasol is also a reference to herself, being an early boomer - for such a small and childish looking thing, she has frickin' big bodangos
 - totally a morning person by habit
